Too bad it's plastic...

This is too dumb.

"Realistic"..... yeah right

Probably safer to eat this than the real thing.

With the correct base support, I think they could have added a few more layers.

It really is an art form - I think it looks pretty realistic. I know a woman who makes patisserie and sundae versions of fake food - they really are incredible.

Let me guess ... in Kappabashi?

i could eat that no trouble only problem would take a week to do so a well made advertising unit

Every year we visit the in-laws, I take a trip down to Kappa and buy a round of these plastic oddities for my friends. They make much better "I went on a trip" gifts than shot glasses or T-shirts.

That's an easy answer, Advertising! Come on people let the "artist" have his fun!

Especially appetizing, when dust collects...

Cynics...

I've seen these in masses of shops and they really do look realistic... I applaud the sculptors and painters of these. I know how hard it is to make something look realistic.

Its fun to imagine about what kind of mouth big enough to have a bite from top to bottom...

They're slicing their tomatos too thick. When you bite into the sandwich, a tomato slice that thick would squirt out the sides and make a mess . If it were real, that is.

nose line adjustment (!)

Get yer choppers round that, darlin'

Fadamor, gimme a super whopper pedantry-burger, with a helping of getalife on the side. And one for me too!

Make that into a real burger and I will accept the challenge.

I am sure it looks better than the real thing. Just like those McD advertising picture looks a lot better than their real life counter parts.

That's an american size

"They're slicing their tomatoes too thick"

Ha ha ha, but they don't have too many slices of everything, lol.

I still say this is too dumb, even though that comment got 10 thumbs down, ha ha!
