What a lovely smile.

Love ya, Mao-chan!

I wonder who designed her dress. Looks like a glittering skirt from a Disney move.

She really does look beautiful.

Asada looks great.

Interesting..the way Zhao was looking at Mao and his wife didn't even bother to be jealous about it. I think a J woman would have been holding on tight to her husband's hand and giving that sort of 'stare' Mao won't forget the rest of her life....lol.

Didn't know so many of you had a thing for cross-eyed girls...

any guy who doesnt think Mao is drop dead gorgeous is light in the loafers

Can Mao be sold as a sex symbol??

0 ( +0 / -0 )

A beauty on ice and poetry in motion when she skates.

@Junnama - In Japan she could because men like women who look like little girls, but I have to say, in this picture she is starting to look more mature and beautiful, but I don't find her sexy. Maybe in a few years. Sexy is Norika Fujiwara or Aya Sugimoto.

Maybe her body looks kinda sexy, but that is about it. But as of skating, I sure have to say she is a really good skater.

Quite amazing what conclusions some people can draw from a relatively low resolution image of the backs of two heads and the front of another.

It's a public occasion, everyone is one their best behaviour...

really Love MAo ♥!

Really, I think the dress is an effort to project sex appeal. She's a dancer and an athlete, so I have no doubt she can do it. Hmmm... She still seems virginal though..,

Finally, an outfit that doesn't make her look like a clown. And what's the dude looking at?

A beauty on ice

Asada looks great.

In this photograph the dress she's wearing is nice, she looks decent in this photo.

The chinese guy is certainly checking out Mao's form - and why not? Any red-blooded bloke would do the same! She looks super fit and toned under that dress...

Asada looks great because i can't see the faces of other girls in this picture !

I'm sure she'd be desperately concerned to hear your opinions...maybe you should write to her.

Smutty comments aside - she is a gem.

I'd feel sorry for those who don't appreciate her, but why dwell on losers?

@ kyushujoe Hilarious!

This comments page is just sad.

I think few women look good with their hair up. I'll bet Mao looks pretty good with her hair down.

All these (I assume) blokes making comments about Mao's face. It goes without saying that you're all Adonis, God's gift, with the light of manly beauty shining out of your molars?

How would you like it if a bunch of nobodies on the Internet were making remarks about your daughter? If she were putting herself up for Miss Japan or some such, then by all means comment critically on her looks. She's a skater, and she's good at what she does.

Mao has a pretty little face. Look in the mirror before you start making your clever little comments. And be ashamed of yourselves.

@alladin and Noliving... I dont understand what you guys have in mind losers. If you cant say anything nice then say nothing at all.

Asada Mao is beautiful and and I can tell shes also decent and with great values. Shes almost perfect as a woman and as a lady.Im not even a japanese but I do think shes GREAT.

If Mao can handle the pressure of skating against Kim yu na every event, she can handle some snarky comments... Oh wait she can't handle that pressure... Never mind....

J/k- She is awesome!!

Oh I am sure the Chinese guy is staring at her microphone....

Guys need no Adonis; Mao is no Venus. /catcalls

Shen (the new bride?) seems to be watching Mao and Zhao, and the set of her jaw suggests that she may not be all that happy about their interaction...

Asada-kun does look great.....nice smile. Seems to be a very pretty and nice young lady. I hope she'll return in the next Winter Olympics and bring home the Gold Medal...

The Queen is making big, big bucks in Korea - tons of endorsements, commercials, even trying her way in singing.

It probably cost them a bit of money to have the wedding on the ice, but then they understand figure skating and this was so different rather then cost of a very costly wedding dress so many have.

O.K. Mao Asada is great on the ice and she may look goo to many people in Japan, but she will never beat Kim yu na. Kim yu na has it all. She has the looks, she has the body, she is the the best on the ice and she is the greatest super star in Korea. She is the queen of all queens when it comes to ice skating and the world of talent.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

@alladin, I agree with that. Kim Yuna is also great skaters. She really shows flaws in her performance. Very talented and charming.

0 ( +0 / -0 )

I mean no flaws.

Little Mao-chan looks very sexy in that outfit! Some of the pundits on this board would be lucky to get her phone number...

Great! "Sauce for the goose," I say!
