Yeah it is.

What's appealing to me about this photo is that the woman wearing the skirt isn't wearing black and white like almost all other commuters. She's actually colorful! If I'd been nearby, I'd have said thank you for not being drab. And without any intention of picking her up. What a sight for sore eyes!

Not a problem for a skirt with me.

This wind was lovely today. Refreshing after a Taifu.
