Aki Hoshino, 33, presents the g.u. lingerie collection at the Grand Hyatt in Tokyo on Wednesday. The g.u. brand, which is an ultra-cheap line of clothing by Fast Retailing Co, is selling 218 varieties of bras, shorts and other intimate wear. The bras start at 790 yen and the shorts from 290 yen. "This is so cheap," Hoshino said. "I can buy lingerie cheaper than chocolates."

IMO there is nothing sexy about the "Skinny/Flabby" look, as explified by Aki. Either get some curves, or some tone.

Hardly worthy of being called "lingerie". No style. Looks cheap and it is. Even if it was in my size, don't think I would buy it. Bleh. The model, on the other hand, is looking perky.

I bought some pants from g.u. once when I was making an order from Uniqlo (you can order from both sites at the same time). They fit fine and looked nice enough, but the zipper seam in the crotch started coming undone after wearing them ... twice. It was a lovely discovery to make at work. Fortunately, I had a long jacket.
