Brad Pitt waves to the press while director David Fincher looks on during a news conference to promote "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" in Roppongi Hills on Wednesday. Pitt, popularly known as "Burapi" in Japan, will attend the Japan premiere with his partner Angelina Jolie on Thursday night. During the conference, Pitt, 45, asked the journalists where he should take his family while here and was told Kamakura, Meiji Shrine and Kiddyland. "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button," which has been nominated for 13 Academy Awards, opens in Japan on Feb 7.

Kamakura, Meiji Shrine & Kiddyland ....(with exception to the last one), what a silly suggestion from the reporters. But of course unless those reporters would volunteer to be Burapi's nannies.....:)

So Brad just dumped the kids with Angelina? My favorite line from Benjamin Button: "DId I tell you I have been struck by lightning 7 times?"

Gee, thanks for spoiling it for me! :(

its publicity stuff but I wonder what the guy really thinks of Japan. I have read over the years that foreign celebs get really pissed off at the Japanese simply for being difficult people. Remember Lost in Translation... regardless if its a movie. Its so them. He should hit a pachinko parlor, red light zone, vending machine and stop 7-11. Thats pretty much it.

Tsukiji has been re-opened to tourists - Brad can take his partner and kids there.

“The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” I heard this was an interesting movie.

It sounds like and old sci-fi novel or radio drama from the 40's or 50's.

It will remind you of Forrest Gump.
