Not a fan in particular but their performance at Tokyo of 'Somehtimg Just Like This' is undoubtedly epic.

They couldn't have choose a worst place to have the concert on. The tickets were sold out in the first hour after they were posted online, most of them bought in bulk by scalpers.

I never understand the incompetence of the organizers. You have a new Olympic Stadium gathering dust, which could have hold 6-7 times more people than the small Tokyo Dome, but you still insist of having the concert there.

And of course, you can back up the above claim.

BTW, Taylor Swift will be playing at the Tokyo Dome as well. I think both Taylor Swift and Cold play know what they are doing. I not so sure about you.

But he didn't say that the acoustics were the best and the sightlines etc. He just said it was big and impressive to see so many people inside. I've read many critics talk about how about the sound is in the Tokyo Dome, but since it seats a lot of people and is a dome, it can be used year round and climate comfort!

Coldplay are a window into the future of AI composed music.

The perfect band for modern Japanese tastes.

Pass.

If I happened upon a free, unannounced show at Yoyogi Park, I'd keep walking.

Indeed. Unfortunately not the best place acoustically for a concert. Too many hard surfaces. Good for a baseball crowd, bad for music. But who goes to stadium shows for the sonic experience?

I listen to music on the radio while in the car, but have never heard "Coldplay." I wonder why.
