People watch a dolphin show while keeping their distance from others at the Adventure World amusement park in Shirahama, Wakayama Prefecture, on Monday.

In what possible universe could that picture be described as "people....keeping their distance from others"?

The cruelty of these shows makes me feel sick. Animals are NOT for human entertainment. The animals are suffering a fate 1000 times worse than COVID-19 :(

Those are wild animals. They belong out in the ocean living free, not performing in a tub for a diet of dead fish, in order to 'entertain' folk who should be staying at home anyways.

If you want to see dolphins, go out in a boat on a dolphin-watching tour or better still, a dolphin swim.

Release the captured mammals back to the ocean where they belong. Come up with something else for your family "entertainment" aside from torturing animal slaves. Shameful.

Thn why is everyone clustered together with the empty seats off limits with white tring?

No need to go to a dolphin show when their is this covid-19 issue and everyone is told to not attend group gatherings.

This is Japan's idea of "Social Distancing"?? God help this nation...

Sitting side-by-side is not the definition of "social distancing". WAPO: Japan’s ‘social distancing’ is shrinking as coronavirus fears ease. Too soon?

Don't bother to see a dolphin show at USA aquariums cause they are not allowed to train dolphins to do any ticks as inhumane. So when visiting Baltimore MD aquarium now they just explain howe they ued to train them then lecture you on plastics use and how you are destroying the oceans . Even if they paid me to go back I would not go at 5x what they charged me to lecture me about a problem mostly caused buy other countries.

There should be a limit to this dumbness.
