Raisins I like. Lamb, which I don't eat anymore, is nice. Put the two together and personally, I'd prefer some rum.

Y'all never heard of roast lamb with rum raisin sauce? It's awesome good stuff - a traditional recipe. I'd eat it as an amuse-bouche gelato. Top with crispy fried brown sugared lamb fat bits; it's an Iron Chef's delight!

This is a great example of what a ridiculous idea katakana is. Either learn a new word right, or use a japanese word for it. Don't piss about with a new word until it's got japanese syllables in it, so that only Japanese people will understand it and everyone else in the world will laugh at you.
