The picture shows ‘what not to do’ in a pandemic..,

I've seen this over and over in Tokyo, folks taking off their mask to sneeze openly into the air, often into the close vicinity of oncoming pedestrians, and then whipping it back on.

Why do they not realise that sneezing into the mask would be the better thing to do? You could either clean it or just get another one - without having blown out all that bacteria and air at high pressure exposing others.

It appears she took off her mask to sneeze and the polite German girl rubbed the back of her head in polite fashion as Japanese do when confused.

Great picture. Well thought out and dramatic in its intentions.
