A local nursery school in my neighborhood had a Halloween event last weekend and a local park has one on Sunday.
Happy Halloween everyone! Enjoy the festivities!

Here in the US he holiday has been taken away from the kids. My sister had a great big party every year and all the Trick-or-Treaters were invited in for cake, pie, and all the other things she had ready. Then they took some candy home with them. Man, that was fun. Hope everyone around the world has a good Hallowe'en. Let kids party! (Oh, and it's a kick for adults. too.)

Luckily, it is not everywhere in Japan.

In UK supermarkets this year they were selling Christmas goods before Halloween items were on the shelves. I don't want to sound like the old geezer, but I think when I was a kid we had more fun when Halloween didn't involve buying stuff.
