Are those outlets between the seats? Handy if they are...

I am sure the new railcars are nice and far better than what they replaced.

Two comments:

-- The yellow seats are nice and bright, but me thinks that they are going to be a bugger to keep clean / without stains.

-- I still HATE the Laview name. So..... meh!! Love the Red Arrow name, which is really iconic for those of us who are familiar with this service on the Seibu Ikebukuro-sen.
