It looks like the sphere that the Terminator arrives inside of.

It will surely be a hit with the ladies! It makes them all look tall and thin!

What is inside the ball?
smithinjapan
Hope no evil people suddenly give it a shove from behind!

Now I'm curious. Guess I'll take a peek, too, when I'm in the area. Just hope there are no cameras there to see me as I stoop ... lay? ... down while seeing what's in there ...

how... is the photographer not reflected (O.o)?
Serrano
It looks like a gigantic pachinko ball!
"How is the photographer not reflected?"
The photographer is not in the sphere's reflection from this angle because of the curvature. Maybe.

"What is inside the ball?"
Terminator 5?
IncenseAndPeppermints
He is right there, dead center of the ball, right where he should be. That he seems to be off center is an optical illusion created by the circular pad the ball is on. He is using a zoom lens, which explains his distance from the orb and thus his small size.

Amazing! How could you tell the photographer was male?
Guza!
looks cool to me :)

You click on the picture for full view and then drag the full view photo into your URL address bar at the top. Then you can zoom in fully.

Either the photographer is extremely far away and zoomed in. Or if you look really closely you can kind of see his outline / shadow of where he was but has been edited out. Using the clone tool in Photoshop know doubt.
or maybe hes invisible in real life -_-
