Nice shot. Wish I could afford a 2.8 lense. Pointed feet always a nice touch.

Ryo is cuter than his sister ha ha
They're supposed to bow to each other, not high-five each other, what's happened to Japanese customs ha ha

Good for him. His younger brother probably does not really appreciate how cool it is to be doing that, but, when he gets older he'll really be thankful to his brother. Having been lucky enough to attend the Masters on a couple of occassions, I can attest that it is a truly remarkable experience. I would honestly like to see Ryo make the cut, except then the TV coverage here will be nothing but him -- including him walking between shots. So, I have mixed emotions, as I want to see the whole field, not just the Japanese players.

So, are women allowed at Agusta only as caddies and spectators?
lostrune2
Women are allowed anything in Augusta but become members. Women can even play there.

wow...she is nearly taller than him

All the best to him in this tournament. Genuinely hopes he does well.

His sister is fast becoming a great golfer on her own...she doesn't need to ride the 'gravy train'. JT is becoming a negative nellie hangout for sure.

lol my wife was jokin how tall Japanese women have become since we were away for 5 years.

Who's the pigeon?

She's not that tall; Ryo is only 173cm.
Good luck to him this weekend.

Their parents must be proud. What's up with the white overalls?

Where's Tiger?
herefornow
Xpom -- You must not be a golf fan. White overalls and the green baseball cap are the required uniform for all caddies at Augusta National. Same for the grounds crew.

@herefornow, thanks for the info. Not much of watching golf on TV.
herefornow
Xpom -- well, if you are ever going to watch, this weekend'd Masters would be the one to pick. Weather forecast is ideal, and Tiger is coming back. Should make for great TV. Just too bloody early in the morning.

Another player to watch is Northern California's Nick Watney. He's from my hometown and his dad, Brent, caddies for his son during the pre-Masters events and yes, he wears the same white coveralls and green cap, too. Good luck to Ryo Ishikawa and the other Japanese golfers. May the best player win the right to wear the famous Green Jacket!
