Here's something I do know about . Oxfam have not been able to draw down any money from the European Aid promised since the the last summit. Chief offenders Germany Italy France Britain . No ODA has left the ECB in over a year But the top executives are still paying themselves high salaries.

Protesters will always believe that government figureheads have nothing better to do. Ironically, neither do the protesters apparently.

The European Central Bank is buying these worthless Greek bonds in order to help the other European banks to get rid of them. It is more or less acting like a lifeguard in case Greece defaults.

How come only Sarkozy gets shades?
