Kudos to the workers, electrician is one of the most dangerous jobs.

Anyone who was in Urayasu in March 2011 knows exactly why these wires are above, and not underground.
It was 3 years before all the gas, water, and sewage lines were fully repaired there! Everything in the reclaimed sections of town was either damaged or destroyed, but the electric wires were generally A-OK.
