I think jumping into a pool of icy water is not a good way to keep physically fit. It is pure craziness. The best way to keep fit is to have a god daily diet, a good exercise routine and a lot of rest. Other than that, what every you may do, like jumping into a pool of icy water is just pure nonsense.

The guy on the right looks like he forget to keep his pants on!

Bad case of underwear creeps.

Actually, it is very refreshing. Being a Finland person, this ritual feels great. In Finland, you'd spend a few hours in a sauna and then go out and roll in the snow. try it, you might like it.

Not sexy :( JT, please post pictures of naked handsome men next time. The guys here get a lot nice stuff to see. I need something to delight in.

Good on them for doing something fun! The rush you get after an ice cold mid winter dip is definitely worth the experience.
Is that an icecube in the pool, man that looks cold!

I doubt they are very enthusiastic about physical fitness, since they are not very physically fit. :/

Some people have nothing better to do, ha ha!

All women and I'm in. All guys and I'm out. What is it with guys sitting right up next to other guys even when there's a lot of room in the place? I see it in hot springs and on trains, buses, etc.

So what is the guy with his back to us actually doing? Holding down the applause?

They do seem to have a bit of extra blabber around the love handles of the body.
Though they do this in Canada as well for physical fittness I spend time with dumb bells along with a rowing machine in my house DAILY.

What sausage fest. Aren't ladies allowed to participate? It's all for the sake of fitness, right, all the same, haha. Ladies in the back, hop in!

I had to dive under my electric lap blanket just looking at this photo. So cold! Looks like the gents are shaking their hands and yelling something to keep going. Heck, I admire their guts for doing this. "Surely not," I would say, if asked to join. :-)
