London Paralympics 2012 (the home and birthplace of the Paralympics games back in 1948)
They are getting record attendances for the games. I am so glad and proud about that... Good luck to every competitor...
I get the feeling the only reason this photo made it, is because it has a Japanese competitor at the front. Makes you wonder what the attendance levels and media coverage would be if the Paralympics were held in Japan, were those with disabilities are usually kept out of the way....
