JAL staff's new look

Underwhelming. Japan has so many great designers, and such a long history of colourful fabric design, and JAL ops to make cabin staff look like the salary men of the air.

The pilots and co-pilots uniform I understand, as this is basically an industry standard look.

Looks very ho-hum...almost funereal.

Skirts should be shorter

Industry needs a bit of a shake up, methinks.

So drab compared to ANA. Shame.

JAL need a shakeup..not the industry. Actually very healthy in Japan as a whole.

I do not care about the uniforms. Meals, on time departures, seats, entertainment. Those things I care about. Price probably first.

Doesn't look much different than the current/older uniforms.

JAL needs to liven it up a bit and do something a bit more exotic and appealing, like a version of kimonos would be amazing.

Exactly! Why should I care what the employees wear? It doesn't affect me at all. I don't work there.

As long as the employees are comfortable wearing them, that's all that matters.

Could use some nice color-pop, you know, to distract from the drinking.
