Not Japanese nationals since Japan does not officially recognise dual nationality. Japanese-Americans most likely and there are Asian Trump supporters, blacks and Hispanic too.

If they are under 22 years of age they can still maintain two nationalities. Also even though Japan doesn't allow its citizens above that age to maintain a second citizenship in practice they don't actually check so there are a fair number of people who do hold dual citizenship. In the US a lot of these would be the children of Japanese nationals who received American citizenship by virtue of being born there, while also obtaining Japanese citizenship by virtue of being the child of a Japanese national.

Nice to see the area I grew up in the news for one reason or another. lol

Good to see them out supporting Joe Biden the President elect. Trump is trying to steal this election that he clearly lost by a large margin. Trump has no chance unless he manages to steal this election so anyone advocating to "Stop the steal" is clearly supporting democracy and Biden.

Thats how I see it.

I recently read a story about a large number of Japanese members of the Unification Church supporting Trump at a rally in the US. Most of those were older people though, not young lads like these.
