Jingu-Gaien Fireworks

Well at least all the people still pretending to be busy at work at this hour had a good reason to do so.

I was in Sydney for New Years Eve a few years ago and witnessed the best fireworks display I have ever seen. Unfortunately all the ones I see now are just amateurish in comparison.

Nice photo, got to see some of the show as my office is near the stadium on the 20th FL. Once in a blue moon I stayed late to the surprise of my Japanese colleages.

If you don't like the fireworks here (or anywhere else), no one's forcing you to go...

Fireworks show are always so nice, natsu hanabi (in general) and July 4th are probably my favorites. However, the shows get a little too crowded in Japan, so I prefer the smaller ones (like in Itabashi). DisneySea does a pretty nice show as well.

Had the pleasure of watching 2 fireworks displays at once from the comfort of my apartment last weekend - nice photo!
