An elderly man walks among jizo statues, dedicated to the growth of children and grandchildren at a Buddhist temple in Tokyo on Friday. The statues also serve as a memorial for aborted fetuses and miscarried children.

I'm surprised the caption didn't say where it is - between Zojoji Temple and Tokyo Tower.
@biswarup5, no offense, but they're more than 'cute'; in fact, in spite of their well-cared for and colourful appearance, the display always saddens me when I make it a point to visit during every trip to Tokyo.

Truly part of the national landscape. Read "miscarried" children broadly.
