Line-up

The staff at the end of the queue is holding the sign that reads like グッズ販売　最後尾 or Selling Goods (&) Line End. But I don't know what kind of goods they're selling.

Looks like a Russian bread line...Are they giving away magic beans again?

Not sure, but looking at the sign the staff is holding and the look of the building, this actually maybe a line for a concert goods booth, rather than for a store. Considering some concert goods are limited & in demand, maybe the reason for the queue in the rain.

People here sure love standing in long lines for nothing.
