I’m in Osaka now (live in Tokyo) and agree. Overall tourism is great for the economy but some of these folks are out of hand.

More likely that the bags are filled to the brim with beauty products and baby supplies to be taken back to her native china. Doutonbori use to be a nice place now it's full of rude tourists cleaning out the drugstores and crowding the pavement
