It looks like he is retired so he doesn't have to commute on a train or subway or work in an office that requires air conditioning. Enjoy your day at the beach.

A simple question here, in two parts. A: How many nuclear power plants are required to run all that? B: How many nuclear power plants does Japan have?

I support this guy's message. This old man's hat is definitely covering a part of his body that old age has not caught up to yet.
