The cast and director of the Japanese film "Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno," from left, director Keishi Otomo, actors Takeru Satoh, Emi Takei and Munetaka Aoki meet fans prior to the premiere screening at a mall cinema at suburban Mandaluyong city, east of Manila, Philippines, on Wednesday night. The first "Rurouni Kenshin" shown last year reportedly broke the record for any Japanese movie in the Philippines. Satoh plays a legendary assassin turned conflicted hero Kenshin Himura during Japan's Meiji era. The Warner Bros Japan film is the first of a two-part finale of the franchise based on the popular Japanese manga "Rurouni Kenshin."

I just hope to see more tough looking middle aged women than good looking young girls in Japanese show business.

Saiaku, the Roppongi Hills cinema is showing an English subtitled version in addition to a non-subtitled version. I highly recommend seeing it if you have the chance. In my opinion, it is even better than the first!

Does this movie air in japanese cinema with english subtitles? I live in Tokyo, want to see it, but my Japanese is not on that level yet, so I need subs.

Love the anime, and this movie is going to be great. The action in the trailers look awesome!

The immediate things that come to my mind when reminded of Ruroni Kenshin is Siam Shade's 1/3 Junjou na Kanjou and that hilariously bad English dub. "Heeten Mitzurooghee style AAAAHHH"

I don't know any of those people. I just hope to see more tough looking middle aged women than good looking young girls in Japanese show business.

I kinda liked the first part, lets see how part 2 is since it had one of the biggest film budgets ever.
