ArcelorMittal is not Indian company. Majority shareholder and CEO is Indian but its headquarters is in Luxembourg. Mittal(Rotterdam based) bought Arcelor(Luxmebourg based) to form ArcelorMittal.

Gosh...Looks like a funeral procession...what a display of inspiring, can do, energetic , capable managers Japan Inc style..lol!

marcelito -- you beat me to it. Spot on. This is the future of Japan Inc. -- a bunch of forced mergers brought on by changes in the global market place that Japanese managers like these either did not anticipate and/or were too slow to react to. Truly sad picture.
