Ishihara is the face of the ugly Japanese denials/revisions of history. It is truly disappointing he still has enough support to even consider running in the election.

I had the most unfortunate experience yesterday to be walking past when he was talking. It was at the Ginza 4-chome intersection. The good news is that there were very few people stopping to listen. Most people there have more important things to do, like shopping.

I too thought it was an ice-cream when I saw the photo. I'll buy him an ice-cream if it shuts him up for a few minutes.

@Elbuda Mexicano, I don't think him sticking around to teach Hashimoto when to shut up would help. He himself clearly also doesn't know when to shut up. Their whole party needs to be silenced.

Hopefully, the more you and Hashimoto talk, the less more people will want to have anything to do with you never mind vote for you or your party.
