This picture is certainly a damn sight better than the one at the top of the page.
Toasted Heretic
More sexist garbage.

Reminds me of the time when I was about 13 and me and my buddy stole my dad's car. We were driving up behind a jogger with long, flowing silky brown hair, short little shorts and long legs, athletic figure. We did our best attempt at some cat-calling.
When we passed, the jogger turned out to be some hippie with a huge beard.

I thought of sun screen as soon as I saw this.

Quintessence that defines misogyny, captured, personified and framed. Negative at its core bullet headedness that depicts formula one contribution to inspire and respect women. Lacking class or dignity just something to dribble over.

And hot too!

I have calmed down, and not biting...

As a Ferrari fan, this was the best part of the day.

Finally a picture of the day worth clicking on!

Dribbling over pretty women (or men I guess) is a large part of what makes life bearable.
Asakaze
Or eye-candy for healthy, normal men?
CrucialS
Sexism - prejudice, stereotyping, or discrimination, typically against women, on the basis of sex.
i.e; Assuming these women are incapable of doing something because of their gender so you predetermine they should not be allowed to do something based off of your assumption over their individual merits.
Misogyny - dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women.
i.e; Claiming that women are physically inferior to men and should not be doing physical labor.
How does a picture of a line of girls walking imply either of those words when those word's definitions do not apply in this case? Jeez, what's wrong with people appreciating the physical appearance of women.. the female body is the closest nature has come perfection!

Can never understand shoes like those.

Robert Burns seemed to agree:
Auld Nature swears, the lovely dears
Her noblest work she classes, O:
Her prentice hand she tried on man,
And then she made the lasses, O.

The picture defines the only use formula one has for women in motorsport. Bernie Ecclestone couldn't have put it clearer...
Bernie Ecclestone at centre of sexism row after claiming women F1 drivers 'wouldn't be taken seriously'.....

I think they should all take a knee.

CrucialS has a good point. What is so wrong with appreciating the beauty of the human form? You think women don't have these feelings/attractions/leanings/orientations towards men? Pornography is where there are nudes (soft core) and hardcore has sex acts depicted. Porno is designed for the viewer to get his/her rocks off, and usually make money in the process. Many artists throughout the centuries depict nudes - male and female in painting, sculpture, photography. It's what you make of it. Besides, a woman with nice curves and/or a pretty face doesn't guarantee that she has a pretty heart or much of a personality.

The issue here is simple. An equally opportunity for women to progress and achieve advancement in every level of motorsport. Frankly, to taken seriously.
The photo depicts the reality!.
The only requirement for women is to be seen and not heard, to stand in tight shorts and hold a pole in the grid lane displaying a race number.
These girls are not allowed to converse with the drivers unless they are spoken to.
If that is how these young women what to pursues a career fine.
However there are countless others that have the ambition to progress out of the pit lane and perhaps participate at the highest levels.
The fact is, the likes of Bernie Ecclestone are in the way blocking progress, stifling opportunity.
The debate is not about aesthetics and beauty, or banning Grid Girls. There is more than a whiff of behavioural stereotyping, an attitude that spills into societies view of youth social economic political development. An area that I am fully supportive of Tokyo Gov Yuriko Koike.
I suggest people take a second look at the photo, because it what's perched on top of shoulders that will be effecting change and dramatically so.

Nice work. Honestly. More people on the internet need to learn to do that.
But that said, I think CrucialS's comments match my feelings, as I don't see the enjoyment of the female body as something sexist. Rather it's a core base instinct that half the world shares (and arguably more).
I can respect a woman for her amazing personality AND her nice butt. One doesn't negate the other.
itsonlyrocknroll
I wanted to present a reasoned rebuttal, pun not intended, and have come across as pious imitation of Harriet Harman sanctimonious lecturing.
Strangerland, really, amazing personality at the same time appreciating a nice butt.
Women are truly from Venus, whist Men have barely made it out of a cave or crater on Mars.

Not all men, that would be disingenuous.

I’m open to the possibility that there is something wrong with what I said, but I’m not seeing what that is from your short comment. So please, explain to me what the problem with my stance that I can respect a great personality and a great butt at the same time. If there truly is something wrong with me speaking like that, then I’m willing to change. But there has to be a clear reason.

I will openly admit to being a tad priggish, far be it from me to moralise. You requested a explanation so humbly and respectfully, mores faciat vita hominis, manners maketh man, derrière not butt. Polite courteous chivalry, over coarse vulgarity.
That is not a criticism, or a demand, it is a simple observation.
A lady respects, honour even more so when humour is enthralled with charm.
I do not have a problem with your comment, it is just my opinion. I prefer honesty. If you are comfortable and clearly you are not a vulgar person, and repect liberial values, then everyone to their own.
I am at Narita, an hour away from a flight to London it appears all the wheels have fallen off the single market Financial Services Action Plan thanks to Brexit.

Well, now we're at a discussion over 'lingo', not about the content of what was I had said, which was your previous criticism.

Where's your pole position?

Ah ha…Now that is the issue with lingo. I keep stressing, be thoughtful when hands and keyboards that are devoid of body language…. Good Luck Strangerland…
