While that's true, a quick check on their official site shows that most of these chefs are seemingly of Italian decent.

Which begs the question of whether not this is largely a contest of the Italian diaspora.

You CAN have healthy pasta, depending on the sauce and obviously the ingredients added (as well as oil used). The noodles themselves, of course, are simply carbohydrates. A pasta dish made with healthy ingredients is by FAR healthier than a hamburger.
Anyway, would love to go there and eat a few dishes.
