Probably one of a few PM's/Leaders around the world who can walk around without an entourage of bodyguards.

It is reassuring when a world leader does something like this.
One of our daughters was passing through the NYC airport and saw Vicente Fox, the former Presidente of Mexico, waiting for his plane. She approached him, and he gladly took a picture with her and her family. He also was traveling without body guards. Coincidentally, it was Senora Fox who took the picture for them.
