Right next to Kudanshita station on the Tozai line. Its 800yen/30 minutes or 1600yen for an hour so not super cheap, but it sure is fun.

I went there last weekend and there was barely a line - waited 15 minutes tops

Err.. thank you too! It's the Spring Holiday at the moment so I can go quite often.

Beautiful scenery, and a decent shot. Might be a little cold out there, but the beauty might be enough to let you forget it for a while.

It's beautiful, but wall-to-wall people most of the day. I advise somewhere else if your aim is solitary contemplation of nature's beauty.
