Cherry blossoms are prettier.

They have amazing sense of time but no sense of temperature.

Personally, I just love this type of photography ! Simple, serene, exquisite !

When I was a teenager (!) I'd just drink under them, but now as I get older I look up at them and really appreciate them.

Of course cherry blossoms are pretty, and Japan is famous for them. But, I always liked plum blossoms more. There's just something about seeing the flowers while there's snow on the ground. And, I think they make better photography subjects because you can see more of the craggy/twisted limbs instead of just a solid blanket of flowers.
