What the hell are portrait rights?

If i want a "portrait of a celebrity" I will just google search.

I thought it was extracts from a pinku dvd.

swap the frames for nooses and I will stop by and notice it. it could read "by not acknowledging the right of celebrities, you are choking the life out of them". much much better.

i would imagine that the portrait rights belong to their agencies. as if they don't take a big enough cut as it is

I guess portrait "rights" supersedes human rights, civil rights, egual rights, animal rights, right to a fair trial, right of way...shall I go on?
