Scenes on the western side of Japan (Japan sea side) were very wild. Swollen rivers gushing dark brown water into the sea, turning the entire ocean brown; massive dark brown waves crashing into sea breakers were a scary sight

Considering this is taken at Iwaki, Fukushima, I wonder if the salt spray from the waves is safe to be inhaling.
