geez so much different to his father, guess theyve made it there mission to right the wrongs done by the previous generation, theyd be a great royal couple and better in many ways, for any monarchy

The photos of them usually show them alone. Being an Emperor or Empress has to be such a lonely job because - though there are hundreds of people there to organize things, you only actually interact with a relative few.

Is that a blessing or a curse. I'd almost prefer to only have to interact with a few people ever. I wonder if they can fire staff if they don't like them.

I'm not condoning the bombings at all, it was a horrible nightmare situation, but I wonder if he felt guilt (because of his father) for the firebombings, or if he felt something else. I still feel strange walking around areas knowing thousands burned to death where I was, and that those areas had been leveled not so long ago. So when people are not exactly polite to me here, sometimes I can't blame them.
