Is there a smart way to see Roppongi, besides from a distance?

Does it come complete with persistent Nigerian spam mail, to give you that authentic Roppongi experience, offering you entrance to exclusive clubs?

Probably you get the maps and ads of nearby izakaya & eating places & maybe shops and such. These establishments might be sponsoring this 'free' thingy.

From the partially visible instructions, it looks like your phone has to have the Osaifu-Keitai e-wallel function. There is also a barcode visible. I doubt that it gives you anything that your smarthphone doesn't already have....

Doesn't everyone already have a Navi app on their phone?

How does it work though? Is there a barcode or some wireless thing in it? If I tap my LG against anything, nothing will happen.

Please the smart way to see Roppongi is not to go there at night, go during the day because when night comes the place turns into a sty.
