The Herbis Plaza Ent Building houses the 1200-seat Osaka Shiki Theatre on the 7th floor. I'm guessing this sign directs performers to a special entrance so they can take an elevator directly to the backstage area.

Usually EV means elevator here I though...

Service elevator. A bit racist though...

EV on a curb? Electric Vehicle charging station with 3 people in tux . . . maybe Level 3 Electric Vehicle charging station?
Bass44
I think KAMASAMI KONG and Japan Today need to do a little research to find the answer. Some might refer to this as reporting the news...
Kokuzi
Too easy! Electric Vehicle charging restricted to just "The Three Tenors"... they didn't update the sign after Pavarotti passed away.

Jazz singers?

I was there on Sunday. Didn't notice the sign, though.

The dictionary lists "EL" and "ELV" as abbreviations, but Japan has to ignore dictionaries and do it their own way! It's not an Ele Vator. It's an E-Levator.

I need to know the answer!

Three men singing, possibly jazz.
Sign to a karaoke place?

To be honest, I thought it was a sign prohibiting staring at... certain things, in a restroom. Then I realised how dumb I was. Does kind of look like an elevator sign, though I don't normally see people whistling or singing in them.

It means the figure in the middle has small chin chin and they are all looking at it!
