Subway manners

Manners posters are hilarious here and seem to work to some extent. They usually have a salient point.

... this can't be Japan - None of the people are wearing face-masks.

They don't work at all! The punks who disregard these etiquette rules will continue to do so until they are fined for inappropriate behaviour.

I've never seen a dog or a monkey riding the train.

No problem that is not addressed with a cute cartoon poster in Japan.

infantilism that doesnt work, how about huge sign saying illegal and fine up to 100 man if run into someone..

and dokomiteruno is way too polite, mae miro boke is much more effective

Loved the first two posts! "Public" and "manners" seem to be mutually exclusive here.

So inefficient childish stuff!

Real case pictures would be much more powerful!

I have experienced public transports in many countries, no difference in Japan except they do not leave seat to elderly because the elderly does not want to be seen as an elderly.

And when someone has his seat, you can be a pregnant woman none will give you the place in 90% of the situation, same as everywhere else.

Lol in new york city here..the homeless will use it as toilet paper after they take a dump in the cart .lol
