Tea lady

Actress Emi Takei attends an event at Tokyo Midtown to promote "Sokenbicha" bottled green tea. Takei is appearing in the new ad campaign for the drink. Takei said the new commercial is "mysterious." Takei, who turned 18 on Christmas Day, was asked what her resolution for this year is. "I get frustrated when things are not going well, so I would like to think positively and consider what went wrong, and then do better next time to improve myself," she answered.

One would think the photo is enough of a hint. Emi is a young woman, not a young man.

Hey, Daniel is a business student - not a biology professor. Give him a break lol..

It doesn't take a biology degree to see that Ms. Takei is all woman. Bet she inspires many more to drink tea.

Sokenbicha in Japan is a slightly bitter-tasting brew, a mix of 15 ingredients such as loquat leaves and azuki beans. Coke reformulated the drink for the U.S. market by eliminating exotic ingredients that troubled regulators, such as an herb called lizard's tail.

Lizards tail?

what's the difference between a " talent " and an actress ?

what's the difference between a " talent " and an actress ?

I think it's kind of trivial but I guess in Japan actresses are those who acts in movies and drama while the talent appears in variety and comedy shows. Talents are usually associated with laughter.
