I guess at some point the models must pass through an area of white light, otherwise all the colours are totally invisible in this lighting designer's bizarre green-coloured world.

The kimono exhibitors should be asking for their money back...

@some14some-I actually find myself agreeing with you. Although it's hard for me to choose a winner, as all of the models look good to me. :-)

****As far as the basic design is concerned, kimonos -- like all national costumes (sarong kebayas, cheong-sams, saris, etc.) -- have a standard cut. What's important is the pattern on the kimonos, which, unfortunately, cannot be seen clearly in this photo due to the lighting. I sincerely hope the lighting improves during the rest of the fashion show!
