Could be a figure-8 demolition derby vehicle. Not all that different from the one I sponsored years ago and that my friend's daughter drove, rolled, smashed and made look at lot like that one. There are better things to put in museums.

This city was flattened in the 2011 tsunami. People died here. A LOT of people died here. Focus on that. Not the vehicle.
