Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan speaks to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe via video link, during the inauguration ceremony for Basaksehir Pine and Sakura City Hospital, in Istanbul on Thursday. The hospital was jointly built by Turkish and Japanese companies.

I guess Erdogan got a thank you and pledge for ODA from Abe for the arrest of the pilots

and airline official that participated in flying Ghosn to safety in Lebanon.

You should not cooperate with a Dictator ... sadly Europe already does it even though they allways "say" that they don't like his ways of doing things ... still the give him very high ammounts of money all the time.
