I was there a few days ago and every light is the same color all 4 blocks, kind of understated causing the eye to wander elsewhere perhaps faster than it should.

This is Marunouchi naka doori. Starts from the Peninsula hotel and goes up to eitai doori.

Keiyakizaka in Roppongi is also pretty in gray-blue lights like they do every year. It never feels quite like a real Christmas here but it's festive in a non denominational sort of way.
