Unique clothing. Uniqlo. Ironic, isn't it? Everyone has them.

What's the big deal? There are already three Uniqlo shops in Shinjuku, at least that Shinjukuboy knows about.

Uniqlo clothing is all crap! Don't wash it or it falls apart!

People seem to be brainwashed to have to go to Uniqlo as they have heard its name repeatedly.

Don't wash it or it falls apart! That's crap. It's all pretty good quality. Juts once have I had a problem.

Conform... conform, must wear all the same clothing and be told what is good.

I rate Uniqlo.

Excellent jeans for hardly anything. They do not last forever, but who wants to pay extra for some jeans that will look dated in a few years?

maybe they all go there because it is cheap and good quality for the price. did that occur to you?

Another victim of the brainwashing. Ex: I bought three jumpers there in the beginning of winter. They are all in the garbage now cos the stitching came undone. It's just cheap Chinese crap! I suppose you don't have to worry about them becoming outdated although, it would be nice to at least get one season out of their clothing.

We're all brainwashed and you're the only beacon of truth. Did they throw in a tin foil hat with those jumpers?

I have a some Uniqlo shirts and pants as do some of my coworkers. None of mine show any real age or fading after more than a year. As for my coworkers, they are American and bought the clothing on a whim in New York but they rave about the quality. Proper care and washing helps clothing last a long time.

I have Uniqlo clothing. Some of it's great and I've used it for years. Some of it's crap and falls apart. In other words, it's hit and miss. They have cheap good clothes and cheap crappy clothes. The good ones stick around, and they rotate out the crappy ones once people complain.

I bought a pair of boot cut jeans in 2004 and I still wear them with no problems at all. It has outlasted the jeans I bought from GAP. I was surprised.

I am surprised too because both are coming from the same China !

and Victoria's secret and Triumph from China too. I've lost interest in these brands when I got to know.

Uniqlo is destined to become the Mao Suit of 21st century Japan.

Clauberg11: I heard that they produce their stuff in Shenzhen a chinese province which is totally controlled by military and no one has access to it. It's worse than Tibet. Uniqlo pays to the chinese government and the workers don't get anything.

Get out your geography book, mate. Shenzhen is the export manufacturing zone across the border from Hong Kong. It is accessible by public bus and rail. As far as being worse than Tibet, I'd say try a sensual massage in one of their barbershops and you might change your mind. Oh, and the food is better than Tibet. The live monkey brains are to die for...

Have some pieces from Uniqlo, only for sleeping and cleaning the house. Their designs are sizes are awful.

I love Uniqlo clothes. I still have slacks and shirts that I bought in 5 years ago and they still look great. When my daughter and friends from the US visit, that's one of the first stops they make. Great quality, simple styles, and great prices.

Uniqlo pays to the chinese government and the workers don't get anything. It's a sweat shop work. Don't buy from them. Although their cloth are highly toxicated but because there is no independent customer protection organisation in Japan, nobody knows.
