Looks more like the oyaji salaryman is upset by the young woman blocking his hurried egress to the evening’s company-paid nomikai.

the bottom left of this poster should remind all my fellow women that men often practice preoccupied phone use as a pretext for predatory posterior poking

Agreed. It’s likely he really wasn’t texting and the graphic designer is doing some additional yet subliminal PSA’s for young women.

Quite amazed that Japanese women riding bicycle with their child at the back handles them perfectly.

Could it be any more childish? Even after all these years, I'm still amazed at this childishness. Form trumps substance.

I always text and walk, the big difference is, I'm constantly looking around and never bump into people, it's really not that hard to do, but the key here is, YOU NEED TO LOOK AROUND otherwise it won't work.

What? Huh, how did Trump get into this conversation now? You guys, relax.....seriously...

I never walk and use my smartphone at the same time. I stop if I need to use it.

I can't do that with my busy schedule, I'm always on the move, have to multitask

Indeed. Texting cyclists--with our without toddlers on board--weaving between pedestrians on the sidewalk (even when they have a dedicated lane) are beyond irresponsible.
