It's nice that the kids and cops can have a bit of fun like this without there being any threat or suspicion of danger or what have you. No doubt the cop probably felt a lot cooler afterwards... it was a scorcher in the sunlight today.

At summer festivals, there are always some policemen on duty. His uniform, cap, the thing in the hand, all look authentic. What makes you think he is not a policeman?
jumpultimatestars
you guys saying he doesn't look like a policeman.... they come in all varieties here.

Poor police officer. Hope he had an extra uniform available.

I think the poiiceman poured the water at the kid first, so he's getting this.

Title should read children throw water at older child dressed up as a policeman.
I must be getting old but still that 'kid' dressed up as a J-cop can't be more than 16 or 17 years old.

And those kids didn't just 'pour' water, they threw the bucket at him. Look ma, no one's holding the bucket!!!

Thought this was part of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge
http://time.com/3100272/als-ice-bucket-challenge/
(Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), more commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that attacks nerve cells and pathways in the brain and spinal cord. When these cells die, voluntary muscle control and movement dies with them. Patients in the later stages of the disease are totally paralyzed, yet in most cases, their minds remain sharp and alert.)

I think he's a real policeman. He looks older than 18 with crow's feet.
