Mercedes Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton of Britain chases after teammate Nico Rosberg, right, of Germany during the Japanese F1 Grand Prix at the Suzuka Circuit on Sunday. Hamilton won the rain-shortened race, claiming his third straight Formula One win. With Hamilton leading Rosberg, a red flag came out on the 47th of 53 laps due to heavy rain. Race officials elected not to restart the race and Hamilton was declared the winner. Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel finished third.

ive raced on Suzuka circuit a few times, really fast circuit. need a big power car like a GTR to be quick, my WRX is fast enough to get my blood pumping. about 210~220 down the front and back straights. anybody who gets a chance to use the track do it you wont be disappointed

wonder why the "worlds greatest Automaker" does not send a team,or even a car to F1 yet?

Maybe they have better things to do with their time than push racing-cars round a frack....

Just hoping Bianchi is ok after that horror crash, but it's not looking good. Sadly it was a black day for F1 today - the result is irrelevant.

A great platform for testing and public exposure especially if you win races. Their is so much trickle down technology from the racetrack to the street as well.

wtfjapan, very envious. Would love to drive Suzuka.
Good result today, that's what wet tyres are for.
Prayers for Bianchi. Time to clad these recovery vehicles in absorbent materials.

I hope Bianchi have a speedy recovery after his accident today.

Yeah, Suzuka has it's own special rhythm. Very fast, makes one always feel on the edge, even if just driving around in a less than 400 hp car...
