Japan Today’s Kamasami Kong gives us an on-location interview with Sanae Kikuchi of And the Friet which is a new Belgian-style "frites" (french fries) stand located in Hiroo.
And the Friet offers six different kinds of seasonally selected potatoes, all fried in pure 100% vegetable oil, with various kinds of cuttings, 10 different dips and even Belgian beer.
While there is an eat-in counter, this is more of a take-out food stand.
