Abe says N Korea still developing missiles despite launch pause

What a genius.  Of course they are.  Did he think sanctions or Trump tweets would stop them?

It's obvious they are still developing their weapons and they've realized that if they test out in the open they will be hit with a unified international response and severe sanctions, that's why they've been so quiet recently and haven't done any more open tests as they know they are on the brink of destruction. They will feverishly continue to develop their weapons and only test when absolutely necessary, such as new missile types or smaller nuke warheads.

Therefore now is the time more than ever to severely tighten the noose on NK as they have just moved their program into the shadows like Iran did before the nuke deal. Only complete nuclear disarmament is acceptable here

Claims sans evidence are akin to blowing on an unlit candle hoping it will somehow get lit. Anything other than a semblance of evidence for claims is hot, empty noise.
