“There have been some factors, like rising oil prices and rising fresh food prices, which had some impact last year,” Aso said. “It is important to look at the increase in employment and at overall income. The number of employed increased last year, so there’s no change to our view that wages and employment are improving.”

What a stupid stupid comment.

“There have been some factors, like rising oil prices and rising fresh food prices, which had some impact last year,” Aso said.

Well then, raise the minimum wage and increase governement benefits so people can cope.

“It is important to look at the increase in employment and at overall income. The number of employed increased last year, so there’s no change to our view that wages and employment are improving.”

Idiot. How many of these jobs pay a living wage? How many of them are full time? How many of them are secure employment?

How can you defend a stance that shows the average wages have fallen over time? Normally averages are horrible statistics because the top level drags the number up dramatically. So even with that being noted, the average wages have fallen which mean the people in the middle and on the bottom are suffering.

Abe and Aso know very little about ‘real work’!

However, they and the LDP arr tasked for setting policy for millions of people that may destroy or enrich their lives

How can that not be a broken system?
